| Product Details: | Using austenitic stainless steel (such as 304, 316L), martensitic stainless steel (such as 430) or duplex stainless steel (such as 2205) as the base material, without coating, and achieving corrosion resistance through the alloy composition. Surface conditions: 2B (cold – rolled matte), BA (bright annealed), No.1 (hot – rolled pickled), HL (brushed), mirror finish, etc., custom – made available. Specifications:Thickness: 0.03 – 6.0mm (ultra – thin strips are commonly used in the electronics industry, and thick strips are used for industrial structural parts) Width: 10 – 2000mm (slitting customization supported) Inner diameter: Φ150 – 610mm (suitable for different equipment), outer diameter: Φ300 – 2000mm. |
| Product Characteristics: | 1. Corrosion Resistance：With a chromium content of ≥10.5%, a passive film (Cr₂O₃) is formed, providing resistance to acids, alkalis, and salt spray corrosion. (316L contains molybdenum, offering even better pitting corrosion resistance). 2. High – temperature Performance：Austenitic stainless steel (such as 310S) can withstand temperatures above 1000℃, has strong oxidation resistance, and is suitable for boilers and heat – treatment equipment. 3. Strength and Hardness：Martensitic stainless steel (such as 410) has a hardness of HRC≥50 after quenching, showing excellent wear resistance, and is used in knives and bearings. 4. Workability：The elongation rate of cold – rolled strips is ≥40% (for 304), which can be deep – drawn, spun, and welded (using TIG, laser welding). The strength increases after work – hardening. 5. Hygiene：The surface is dense and pore – free, meeting food contact standards such as FDA and GB 4806.9, and is easy to clean and sterilize (used in the medical and food industries). 6. Environmental Friendliness： It is 100% recyclable, with no risk of heavy – metal precipitation, and complies with environmental regulations such as RoHS and REACH. |
| Manufacturing process： | 1. Smelting and Continuous Casting：Refined in an electric arc furnace/AOD furnace, controlling C ≤ 0.08% and precisely proportioning Cr/Ni, and continuously casting into slabs. 2. Hot Rolling：Heat the slab to 1200℃ and roll it into a 2 – 6mm thick coil. After descaling, it is cooled by laminar flow, and the coiling temperature is ≤ 300℃. 3. Cold Rolling and Annealing： Conduct multi – pass cold rolling (reduction rate 40 – 80%), and perform intermediate annealing (at 1050 – 1150℃) to relieve stress and control the grain size (ASTM grade 7 – 9). 4. Surface Treatment：Pickling: Use nitric acid + hydrofluoric acid to remove the oxide scale and passivate the surface. Polishing: Mechanically/electrolytically polish to Ra ≤ 0.2μm (mirror – grade). 5. Finishing：Skin – pass rolling: Control the sheet shape (waviness ≤ 1mm/m), and the slitting burrs ≤ 0.01mm. Coating: Optional PE protective film or electrostatic fingerprint – proof coating. Process Advantages:The thickness tolerance of precision cold rolling is ±0.005mm (for ultra – thin strips), meeting the precision stamping requirements of electronic components.The bright annealing (BA) process is completed under the protection of hydrogen, resulting in a non – oxidized surface and eliminating the need for pickling. |
