| Product Details: | The base material is low – carbon steel (such as SPCC, SPCD, Q195, Q235, etc.), and some contain micro – alloying elements (such as QSTE series automotive steel). Surface conditions: Smooth surface, dull finish, galvanized (optional), and some are coated with anti – rust oil or phosphated. Thickness: 0.1 – 3.0mm (ultra – thin strips can reach 0.05mm, and thick strips are used for structural parts). Width: 20 – 2000mm (custom – cut available, with a width tolerance of ±0.1mm). Steel coil dimensions: Inner diameter Φ508mm/Φ610mm, outer diameter Φ800 – 2000mm, and the weight of a single coil is 1 – 15 tons. |
| Product Characteristics: | 1. High Precision and Uniformity: Thickness tolerance of ±0.01mm (precision cold rolling), flat plate shape (waviness ≤ 2mm/m), suitable for high – speed stamping. 2. Excellent Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength of 300 – 800MPa (depending on the material and annealing process), elongation of 20% – 45%, and customizable hardness (such as HV120 – 200). 3. Surface Quality: The roughness of the smooth surface is Ra 0.2 – 1.6μm, free of oxide scale and scratches. It can be directly electroplated, sprayed, or laminated. 4. Formability: After annealing, the grains are refined. It can be deep – drawn (Erichsen value ≥ 10mm), bent (R/t ≤ 0.5), and flanged without cracking. 5. Rust Prevention and Environmental Friendliness: For short – term rust prevention, oil coating is used (DOS oil film amount of 1 – 5mg/m²). For long – term rust prevention, phosphating or galvanizing can be selected, meeting RoHS standards. |
| Manufacturing process： | 1. Raw Material Preparation: The hot – rolled steel coil is pickled (using HCl/H₂SO₄ to remove the oxide scale), then washed with water and dried to be used as the raw material for cold rolling. 2. Cold – rolling Forming: Multi – stand tandem rolling (four – high/six – high rolling mills) is adopted. The reduction rate is 60% – 90%, the rolling force is 1000 – 3000 tons, and the rolling speed is 300 – 1200m/min. 3. Annealing Treatment: Continuous Annealing Furnace (CAL) or Bell – type Annealing Furnace (BAF): CAL process: Rapid heating at 700 – 850℃, followed by slow cooling to below 300℃, taking 3 – 5 minutes, with high efficiency. BAF process: Heat preservation at 650 – 750℃ for 10 – 20 hours, for deep decarburization to improve plasticity. 4. Skin – passing and Surface Treatment: Skin – pass rolling (elongation rate of 0.5% – 3%) is carried out to eliminate the yield plateau and improve the surface gloss. Options include oil coating, phosphating (manganese – based/zinc – based), or passivation treatment (chromium – free process). 5. Process Advantages: Ultra – high – strength steel (such as DP600 dual – phase steel) can be produced, which combines strength and formability to meet the needs of automotive lightweighting. The continuous annealing process precisely controls the metallographic structure (ferrite + pearlite), improving the material consistency. |
