- Seamless Pipe: synonymous with high reliability and high performance.
Core product performance:
- Isotropy: Due to the absence of welds, their circumferential and axial properties are uniform, and their resistance to internal pressure bursting and fatigue resistance are the highest among all Pipe types.
- Dense structure: The hot working process ensures the integrity of metal flow lines and uniform microstructure.
Key application areas:
Aerospace: Aircraft hydraulic Pipelines, fuel Pipelines (preferring Ti-3Al-2.5V, i.e., American standard Gr.9, national standard TA18), and high-pressure engine Pipelines. They must comply with aerospace standards such as AMS and GJB, requiring 100% non-destructive testing.
High-end equipment: Racing exhaust systems (utilizing their high specific strength and heat resistance), deep-sea equipment Pipelines.
Harsh chemical industry: Transportation of high-pressure, high-temperature, or highly corrosive media, as there are no hidden weld risks.
- Welded Pipe: a solution with economy and dimensional advantages.
Core product performance:
- Weld is the lifeline: 90% of performance depends on weld quality. High-quality welded Pipe have controllable internal and external weld reinforcement, and can even achieve "seamless" treatment.
- Excellent dimensional accuracy and surface: Since cold-rolled titanium strips are used as raw materials, their wall thickness uniformity and internal and external surface finish are usually better than those of hot-rolled seamless Pipe.
Key application areas:
Power and seawater desalination: Heat transfer Pipe for power plant condensers and seawater desalination evaporators (mainly using commercially pure titanium TA2/Gr.2). This is the largest-scale application of welded Pipe, following special standards for heat exchange Pipe such as ASTM B338 and GB/T 3625, requiring strict eddy current testing and process performance testing.
Large chemical Pipelines: Large-diameter Pipelines (e.g., Φ>200mm) for transporting corrosive media, with significant cost advantages.
Civilian fields: Sports equipment, architectural decoration, etc.
